2 Measuring and evaluating online campaigns

How do we know what we’re achieving? What do we measure, and how do we make use of the results?

Do you know of any good sources of information on this topic (Websites, blog posts, email lists, publications etc) ?

Can you provide a relevant case study from your own work? If so, can you briefly outline below?

1 - List of possible eCampaigning actions

What are the different tools and tactics you could use in an online campaign? Here are some examples, but can you suggest others? Or add your favourite examples of where a campaign has used these tactics under any of these headings? Please include urls where possible, and as much info as possible, eg name of campaign, dates, organisation.
